Items received: Food safety plan for donair kebab New menu sanitation plan Reviewed donair kebab processing steps. After preparation, ensure chicken is frozen first before placed on the rotating vertical boiler. Donair kebab menu is approved. Ensure BCCDC's guideline is strictly followed: http://www.bccdc.ca/resource-gallery/Documents/Educational%20Materials/EH/FPS/Food/Guidelines_Donairs_Final_June2012.pdf Walk-in cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C. Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C. Foods in hot holding unit were at >70 degrees C. General sanitation is adequate. hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Bleach sanitizer was measured at >50 ppm for 3 compartment sinks manual dishwashing. QUATS sanitizer in the was measured at 200 ppm. Chlorine and QUATS test papers are available. Thermometers are available. No recent pest activities were observed at the time of inspection. COVID 19 inspection completed.
