All handsinks were equipped with liquid soap + paper towel
Quat sanitizer in rag buckets at 200 ppm QUATS
Walk in cooler at less than 4 oC
hot holding units at > 60 C
meat slicers were clean and free of debris during inspection, staff knew about proper cleaning and sanitizing of slicer during operation:)
General sanitation of floors, walls, equipment was excellent
staff practice good hygiene--> hairnets, gloves used
No signs of pests at time of inspection.
Temp log sheets are on site and up to date
** Remove disposable food containers from under sink in deli area- do not store any food or food related items (food containers- disposable or not) under sink.
