Corrective Action(s): Conduct a thorough deep clean of the facility. Pull out equipment and stock to clean shelves fully

Observation: -Garbage can missing in back of house (must be lid free)
-Back of house work counter's lower shelf is too low to the ground
-Debris catchers in dishwasher found to have some debris build up
-Boxes of drinks and till paper stored on the ground in the back of house
-Mops and brooms as well as detergents and chemicals stored on the floor in the garbage room
Corrective Action(s): correct the above issues;
obtain more rack shelving, organizers for the garbage room mops and brooms, and repair the back of house work counter's lower shelf.

=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; staff FOODSAFE certification not available, have certification on site for inspection at all times. (staff has taken FOODSAFE level 1 within the past year)
