Ice machine dirty; stop using until entire unit is cleaned and sanitized. Increase frequency to ensure ice is safe to eat; done at time of inspection Evidence of mice droppings (minor) on one wall. Please sanitize and plug holes where needed. PCO on site monthly. General sanitation throughout premises needs attention. Walk through with owner/Lisa. Clean and sanitize entire premises within one week.
