Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Hand sink was equipped with hot & cold running water. Paper towels in stock. Hand soap dispenser was out of batter at the moment. Staff used dish soap to wash hands. )

According to the temperature log, Meat fridge measured 49F and Milk Fridge measured 41F in the morning. Fridges may be on defrost cycle.)
Comments

- The soap dispense at the handsink has been repaired
- Sanitizer bottle is labelled
* Chlorine concentration is too high. The spray bottle holds less than 1L of water- put 1.5 teaspoon of bleach rather than 2 tsp.
- Meat fridge measured 3C.
- Milk fridge measured 6C. According to the temperature log, the temperature was at 40F in the morning. The temperature seems to fluctuate as the fridge door constantly opens/closes. Staff was asked to lower the temperature at the time of inspection.

NOTE: Staff was asked to relocate a nail during inspection. Please be mindful of accidental physical contamination of foods/beverages.
