Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - All working coolers recorded at or below 4C. Some coolers including walk in cooler were turned off and not used for food storage. - Freezers including walkin freezer recorded at or below -18C - Food storage practices were satisfactory. - Meat slicer maintained in good sanitary condition. - 200ppm bleach recorded in sanitizer botte. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink available. Drain plugs and bleach bottle onsite. - Handwash sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
