Walk in cooler, small cooler and display cooler were all 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Walk in freezer was -10 degrees Celsius
Small chest freezer was -15 degrees Celsius.
Food storage practices were generally good.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
Hand sinks at the front and back of house were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Operator's hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Bleach sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths had a chlorine sanitizer of 200ppm.
Quats spray sanitizer had a concentration of 200ppm.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 73.4 degrees Celsius (as per min/max thermometer).
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.

Note: Operator commented that they no longer provide food for the local school lunch program, but have commenced using meal delivery services.
