News paper used as shelf lining on drying rack. The news paper will become contaminated and become mouldy. Corrective Action(s): Ensure storage units and surfaces are food grade materials. Use food grade plastic containers like Rubbermaid or surfaces like stainless steel pans or good grade plastic trays. Correction required this week. Violation Score: 3

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Equipment in good working order. Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs - good. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 3-compartment sink in use. Chlorine solution at 200 ppm - good. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Holding units: Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C and below. Hot holding display not in use.
