Operator had refilled the bottle with 200ppm Quats at this time. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have 200ppm Quats available in this sanitizer bottle at all times. Operator was advised to all food prep surfaces sanitized using this solution at this time. Violation Score: 5

Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. - Back storage area satisfactory. Washroom handsink satisfactory. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory throughout.
