The facility has been reopened after the family vacation. Both owners completed their recertification so it is all up to date. Just ensure that all contact surfaces are washed and sanitized before you start prepare the food. Keep you daily temperature logs up to date same as before. No new food items Tuesdays - no food preparation or serving from the deli ( it is a food delivery day for owners)
