Follow-up to the routine inspection: - High temperature dishwasher has been repaired and now achieving the final rinse temperature of 71'C at the plate level/82'C at manifold. - Ceiling fans have been cleaned. NOTE: Ensure to have the ceilings cleaned on a regular basis as discussed at this time. - Floors throughout the kitchen/back storage area have been cleaned and are now in sanitary condition. - A hole mentioned during the routine inspection has been filled. Good. All items have been corrected. Correction Order issued on Sep 25 has been rescinded. Ensure to keep the facility at this safe and sanitary level at all times.
