Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand held mixer is being stored in water that is not clean and has not been recently changed.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected: Hand held mixer is to be stored in a sanitary condition (such as rinse off and store in ice water that is changed frequently). Food equipment and utensils that are used continuously throughout the day are to be washed and sanitized (use 100ppm chlorine) every 4 hours.

Routine check.
Large 2 door cooler - temperature below 4 C.
Display cooler on defrost - food temperature at 4 C - ok. Replace broken thermometer (second thermometer is accurate).
No hot holding today.
Chest freezer - temperature is ok but requires defrosting.
Ice machine - empty.
Hand washing sinks have hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. ***Store clean utensils and dishes away from hand sink.
Staff on site states has Food Safe training that is up to date. Owner also available on call. Manager's Food Safe certificate is posted - good.
Wiping cloths are stored in sanitizing solution (50-100ppm) - change solution frequently (100-200ppm required).

Cleaning - see above.
Lighting to be repaired to facilitate cleaning in dry storage /clean up room.
