Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B8ESU9. Low temperature dishwasher measured 34 degrees C and 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface. Utensils and equipment stored in sanitary condition. Upright two-door cooler noted on previous report was measured at an ambient temperature of 3.9 degrees C
