Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops were still stored inside dry ingredient containers.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the practice of storing scoop inside containers - scoops may contaminate ingredients. Scoops were removed at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen bleach containers have not been labelled.
Corrective Action(s): All chemicals must be properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Once labels begin to fall off, containers will need to be relabelled. Container was labelled at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 28, 2016.
-2-door glass door cooler has been serviced. Invoice stated compressor was serviced but was in need of repair. Compressor failed this morning - all potentially hazardous foods have been removed. Operator has ordered a new cooler unit (will be delivered Monday).
-Single door prep cooler has been serviced. Invoice stated compressor gas has been added. Insert was at 4C and bottom was at 5C.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods are being properly cooled. Hot foods are place on shallow trays and cooled in the walk-in freezer.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at the time of inspection. Ensure hot water tap is repaired as needed to ensure staff have proper access to handwashing.
-Did not observe any foods being double stacked directly on top of one another at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the walk-in freezer and the light bulb has been replaced.
-Leaking pipe on the 3-compartment sink has been repaired and is no longer leaking water.
*A follow-up inspection will be conducted to verify new cooler unit is functioning properly.
