Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest control service in place is Ratakill. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand washing sinks with liquid soap and paper towel in use. Food protected from contamination and stored at least 15 cm off the floor on dedicated shelving. Food stored in food containers with food grade lids. First in first out of inventory in use - good. Bar condiments are wrapped in saran wrap when not in use to prevent contamination. Front glass washed 12.5ppm to 25 ppm Iodine sanitizer detected. Testing kit in use and daily logged maintained. Main dishwasher final rinse at plate 100 ppm chlorine. 400 ppm QUATS sanitizer bottles and sani bucket in use. Coolers at 4C and below. Frozen product in coolers at -5C to -18C.
