Follow up inspection:
-Cleaning improvements were made to the ceiling, vent, and walls near the dishwashing area.
-Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at least 50 ppm (measured at 50 ppm) at the plate level.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pail.
-Handsinks were properly supplied.
-Food handling gloves are discarded after each use. Used food handling gloves were not being stored on-site.
