Observation: - Rodent droppings noted in the bar area under counters adjacent to handsink.
- Rodent droppings noted under clean equipment storage shelving and at floor/ wall joints along dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and clean the above mentioned areas.
- Store all items at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground to facilitate cleaning and pest monitoring.
- Continue to regularly monitor for pest activity. Use glue traps and/ or snap traps.
