Note: Premises not in use at time of inspection. Fire sprinkler had been accidentally activated (water) 2 days ago during some maintenance work. Premises appears to have been cleaned up since. Additional clean-up and sanitizing work has been scheduled for today. Ensure all food contact surfaces, equipment, and utensils in open storage are cleaned and sanitized before resuming operations. Remove tarp and maintenance supplies from premises before resuming operations.

- Handsink is accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Walk-In Cooler: 3C
- Walk-In Freezer: -21C
- Upright Single Door Cooler: -14C (No food stored inside at time of inspection)
- Undercounter Prep Cooler - turned off and not in use. No concerns at this time, there is adequate cold storage for current demand use.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Storage is organized and food is protected from contamination.
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available to sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Dishwasher: 50 ppm chlorine residual on dish surface.
- Chlorine test strips available to verify dishwasher sanitizer concentration.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection
