Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # KKIM-CU5NFS of Jul-27-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: - Observed two knife compartments with food debris. Knives in general had food debris and oily residue as well. - Biofilm observed inside the ice machine - by the cover panel of the ice making compartments. Correction: - The knives and knife compartments were cleaned at the time of inspection. Ensure to clean & sanitize tools that come into direct contact with food before putting them away for later use. - Clean and sanitize the ice machine after turning the machine off and all ice has been emptied out. Clean up has been done. Ventilation hood scheduled to be cleaned on Aug 8, 2023. Knife compartments observed in sanitary condition. Dishwasher has been repaired as per the manager and no leak is occurring.
