Licensing had a discussion with leadership pertaining to the consistent use of weighing methods and calibration of the scales to ensure accurate weights are conducted and recorded.
Licensing had a discussion regarding the hot plate alternate lunch option that is provided to the PICs. The alternate lunch menu needs to meet the same food group requirements as the cold lunch menu.
This inspection report was not written at the time of the inspection but was discussed with leadership during the course of the inspection.
