Code 206 noted on Routine inspection # RPAI-B8G26D of Jan-15-2019 Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Three of four soup hot-wells measure temperatures considerably below the required 60 C hot-holding temperature. Correction: Adjust the thermostat up for the three wells and/or repair the unit temperature controls. The three soups were removed, reheated and the thermostat turned up, for monitoring.
