Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff did not change gloves between handling chemicals and food container.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff adhere to good hand hygiene and glove use practices. Hands must be washed and gloves changed when they become potentially contaminated.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station did not have liquid hand soap.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Soap dispenser was refilled at the time of inspection.

Observation: Manager FOODSAFE Level 1 expired August 18, 2023.
Corrective Action(s): Complete FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training. Ensure at least one staff member on-site has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training while facility is in operation.

-Front under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 2C.
-Front ice cream freezer was at -13C.
-Back upright freezer was at -17C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm.
-Coffee steaming attachment sanitized with 200ppm bleach wipe after each use.
-Blender containers sanitized in the dishwasher at least every 2 hours.
-Ice machine clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-Dipper well was running.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
