-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -14C.
-Sandwich prep coolers were less than 4C (both units).
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Hot items are reheated in the microwave prior to placing into the hot holding unit.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice daily.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Sink plugs present and Quats sanitizer dispenser tested at 200ppm.
-Both Quats sanitizer spray bottles tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Vegetable slicer and cutter maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
