209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Opened can of condensed creamer in fridge. 2) Lots of boxes and food products such as sugar and non dairy creamer being stored directly on the floor. Corrective Action(s): 1) Once can is open, it must be placed in a food grade container and not left in the can as the can starts to corrode when exposed to air. Product discarded 2) Reorganize the back storage area and place all items on shelves. Ensure large bags of sugar and creamer are place in large plastic containers to protect from contamination by Monday June 12/23 Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: All surfaces are sticky (floors, walls, equipment, door handles, sink handles etc) Corrective Action(s): Ensure the following areas are scrubbed using soap -floors throughout -walls throughout -inside all coolers -doors and handles are all coolers -all storage shelves -floor under all storage shelves by Monday June 12/23 Violation Score: 9
