-Food appears to be protected from contamination - covered, labelled and off the ground
-Sanitizer spray bottle note noted at 100 ppm chlorine ( unlabelled *violation noted above)
-High temp dishwasher noted at 71.9 C at the plate after final rinse
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - No pest control service contract in place. Back door kept closed
*Recommend have pest control devices in place and monitored regularly in case pest issue arises in the future
