Corrective Action(s): Do not store foods directly touching garbage bags. Garbage bags are not food grade. Use food grade materials for containing foods.

Observation: 3-compartment dishpit has been moved next to the garage. The drying racks have not been moved -washing dishes this way is not practical going back and forth the whole floor

In it's place there is a brokendown dishwasher

Submit the specification sheets of the dishwasher -must be commercial and NSF certified

You have one week to get the dishwasher up and running ready for testing or move back the dishpit to the original position
