Corrective Action(s): All handsinks are to be adequately supplied with both hot and cold running water, single use paper towels, liquid soap and be readily accessible at all times.
DO NOT block the handsink either with gloves or with brooms/mops - this issue was discussed during previous inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two compartment sink in use. One side has meat inside bags intended for use. Other side had dirty mop water and draining mops from previous night. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Mop water drained, mops relocated to mop sink in back, sink washed and sanitized.

Corrective Action(s): DO NOT repeat this practice. Mop and broom use has been discussed during previous inspection. Mops and Brooms are to be stored in back mop sink NOT in sinks intended for food preparation.
Dirty mop water, mops or brooms, that have been on the FLOOR, are NEVER to be drained/stored in food preparation sink.

If owner wishes to drain mops in kitchen then INSTALL A MOP SINK in this location. Otherwise, use mop sink in back of restaurant.
