- Gap under bay door has been sealed - Most dry storage bins have been cleaned and sanitized - new cleaning schedule system in use - New reusable scoops are now in use. No scoops were being stored directly in dry ingredient bins - good. - Floors in production area/warehouse have been deep cleaned - Interior of walk-in freezer was clean at time of inspection - Shelves/racks are not longer lined with cardboard - Ensure all foodsafe certificates expiring July 29, 2018 are refreshed prior to expiry date. *Updated food safety plan for ice blocks still need to be submitted.
