Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): White fridge in kitchen at 8C. Operator stated that grocery shopping was just done over an hour ago. Reviewed temperature records and this fridge has been at 8C for several days in a row.
Corrective Action(s): All foods needing refrigeration moved during inspection to an alternate fridge. Please review temperature records frequently to ensure that if a consistent high temperature reading is noted that action can be taken right away.
