Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed cut up condiments and toppings left at room temperature on top of the prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to store all cut vegetables in a cooler at 4 C or lower at all times when not in use. Operator put all items into the cooler at the time of inspection

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach had depleted at the time of inspection. Operator indicated that they were closed for a week and now replenishing all items.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to purchase more bleach immediately. Operator had purchased bleach at the time of inspection and made a sanitizer at 100 ppm of chlorine.
