-Display cooler was at 2C. -Dairy under counter cooler was at 3C. -Refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-13C. -Under counter bar freezer was at -13C. -Thermometers present in cold holding unit. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm. -Coffee machine steaming attachment sanitized with bleach after each use. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
