Observation: Hot water tap is broken at hand washing sink in kitchen, Operator is ordering the part.
Correction: Repair it.
Comments

All noted issues are addressed ( good efforts noted ) with exception of :

*Weather stripping for back door - it will be installed tomorrow
*Freezer (2 door) in front still raw meat above kimichi and some cleaning issue.
*Cooling stick is on order

-Log sheet is on site for sanitizer and dishwasher- keep them on site and up to date

Discussed:

- Clean and sanitize before closing , sanitize all surfaces before opening
-Cover and store all foods before closing
-Do not leave any food or garbage over night

-Send a picture re: * item by tomorrow.
-Send a conditional report re: pest activities ( # of mice captured, rodent droppings and location) every 2 months to the attention of the area inspector.
