Follow-up inspection to report # KDEL-AX4T2N The following has been corrected from last inspection: 1. Liquid soap dispenser has been installed in bar area. The following still requires corrections: 1. Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19] Observation: Kitchen shelves have exposed wood finishing. All shelves must be easy to clean material and finished appropriately to allow easy cleaning and sanitizing. Correction: Replace or finish these shelves so they are easy to clean. 2. Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Light in walkin cooler is not very bright. Lighting must be brighter to help facilitate easier cleaning under the hard to reach areas (ie. shelves). Correction: Install new lighting fixture or a brighter light in the walkin. 3. Cleaning schedule to be made for employees to follow on weekly basis for the thorough cleaning duties. This includes under hard to reach areas, inside and behind coolers, walkin cooler, shelves etc. Next Follow-up inspection to be conducted next Tuesday April 24, 2018.
