Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: *REPEAT* (Since August 2023) Handwashig station by sweets obstructed by wheeled cart and shelf.
Previously corrected issue has reoccurred.
Discussion with staff on making this handwashing station the primary handwashing station for front of house. As the sink is, this is not possible.
Correction: Path to handwashing station needs to be clear and unobstructed for use.

Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-D2USUJ

Mechanical dishwasher water measured 50ppm after cycle.
Develop and maintain a sanitizer concentration log for dishwasher.

Samosa room is cleaned and sanitized after worship at altar.
Gap at back entrance sealed with door sweep.
Red sauce no longer stored in milk jugs.
Floor near washroom finished so area is easily cleanable.
Sink drain plugs now available in kitchen.
Granite counter of samosa room removed for repairs.
Cooking elements under range hood.
