| Licensing received a complaint on May 1, 2021 alleging the following: Care and Supervision -Children are placed in playpens as punishment. -The manager uses inappropriate guidance strategies. -Care is provided to more than four children by one staff. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through facility documents and interviews. Licensing determined the following contraventions: - Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 19(1)(2) - Character and skill requirements - CCLR Section 34 (1), 3(2)(b) - Group sizes and employee to children ratios - CCLR Section 44(1) - Program of activities |
