One freezer at -19C. Three coolers and one line cooler at 4C and lower. Cooler (sliding door) at 4C and lower. *Reminder to operator to record temperature logs daily. Sanitizer (bleach and water) around 200ppm from spray bottle. 1 tsp of bleach and 1L of water to make 100ppm solution. Hand sink is supplied with soap and disposable paper towel, hot/cold running water. No pests activity during time of inspection. Three compartment sink used - reviewed process with operator. Washroom equipped with paper towel, hand soap and hot/cold running water. Overall premises sanitation satisfactory. Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1, valid until 2023. Floor has been smoothed out, holes have been filled in, follow up to reference from report #SJEN-CCZQB6.
