Observation: -Preparation cooler is not working properly -temperature is ranging >10 deg C -operator is aware of the problem and has already called serviceman. A few perishable foods in inserts were stored there but time tracked to not exceed 2 hours.

Chemical Controls:
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and buckets >100ppm as per test strips -wiping towels maintained in solution when not in use

Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges, hot holders and mechanical washer

Handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use

-Safety Plan available -**post the plan at the worksite
-WorkSafeBC sick warning sign and max. occupancy signs (move to the entrance) posted
-**the plastic moveable barriers in-between tables does not extend to the backrest seats for the fixed chairs -the barrier must extend all the way otherwise 2m physical distancing between customers must be maintained
-markings should be placed outside every 2m where customers in waiting should be standing
