304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Droppings observed in the following areas: -Underneath the counters on the left hand side. -Underneath equipment. -On top of the grease trap underneath the prep sink. Pest control report from January reviewed during the inspection. Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings and have a professional pest control company do an assessment on site, and provide the report within one week. Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Gap observed underneath the back door leading to the service hallway. This can allow pests to enter the kitchen. Also, potential entry points were observed underneath the counters on the left hand side, around plumbing. Droppings were observed around these areas. Corrective Action(s): Install a door sweep on the back door and seal the above noted entry points within one week. Violation Score: 9

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm. -Follow up inspection within one week.
