Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following was observed:
1. Raw packaged meat and raw shell eggs stored above ready-to-eat items such as fruits.
2. Dry storage scoop stored with handle in contact with flour.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that raw meats and raw shell eggs are not stored above any ready-to-eat items as liquids may drip from these foods, potentially contaminating any food stored below.
Ensure that scoops are stored outside of food product to protect from potential contamination from the handle. Scoops may be stored in a clean dry container.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -21 degrees C
- No hot holding
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available in a labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm
- Utensils maintained in sanitary condition
- High temperature dishwasher measured 78 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Logs are maintained for cold holding units, dishwasher, and cooking temperatures. A probe thermometer is available on site for internal temperature checks.
- Dry storage well maintained. Plastic bins in use for the storage of food product. Dented cans in dry storage are placed into a designated area to be returned to the supplier
