- Hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- QUATs sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizing pails, from dispenser, and in sanitizing sink. Test strips available for monitoring.
- Triple-sink maintained in sanitary condition and was properly set up at time of inspection.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Coolers measured 4C or less.
- Freezer measured -18C or less.
- Hot-held meatballs measured above 60C. No hot-held soup was available yet at time of inspection.
- Temperature logs well maintained and up to date. Accurate thermometers available.
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored off the floor, properly labelled and covered.
- General sanitation good.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
