Handsinks are unblocked and accessible today. Rice ladle was stored in ice water bath at time of inspection. -discussed not to stack insert of rice inside rice cooker to prevent food contamination Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle and reminder to change the solution in bucket more frequently. Mice droppings from previously identified areas have been removed. Pest control reports received by e-mail. ->Reminder to talk to technicians during their monthly service to bring their attention to problematic areas and seek for additional recommendations to remediate pest issues. Small cooler in the back has been cleaned. Please be advised that deep cleaning like the one you have recently conducted needs to happen more frequently. Warewashing sinks and wall in dishpit have been cleaned as well (no more mildew). ->Discussed to have compost bin closed after use to deter flies in this area.
