- Discussed handwashing protocol (time control) with the operator
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available at multiple locations
- Low temp dishwasher achieved 100ppm chlorine concentration at plate's surface
- Glasswasher achieved 12.5ppm iodine concentration at final rinse cycle
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate
- Refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers
- Temperature log is in place (monitoring done 3 times a day)
- Foods are stored off of floor & covered
- Reviewed pest control reports. Minor insect activity observed which has been treated
