Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pail had 0ppm chlorine at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Chlorine sanitizer at 100ppm was made at the time of inspection. Sanitizer must be changed every 2-4 hours or as needed. Chlorine must be at 100ppm for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Wiping towels must be stored in sanitizing pail when not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) metal bowls are placed in flour/starch pails to use as scoops
2) Raw proteins stored on top shelf in walk in cooler
3) Knives stored in cracks between two tables
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove all metal bowls in flour/starch pails
2) All raw protein in walk in cooler were relocated at the time of inspection
3) All knives were removed and washed in dishwasher
