Bleach sanitizer measured 100 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was at 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Dishwasher had chlorine residual of >50 ppm.
Prep line coolers were at 4-6 deg C.
Hot holding for nuggets, chicken burgers, beef patties are >60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff hygiene - clean uniforms, hair restraint and hand washing observed.
No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Pest control monitoring in place.
Back storage area were organized. All food items were stored off the floor.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
