NOTE: premise is providing partial services only due to pandemic -unknown as of yet when they will resume full services -Domestic fridge 4 deg C -Domestic washer -ensure you are using the highest heat settings Chemical Controls: -Bleach sanitizer spray >100ppm as per test strips -used with paper towels or single use cloth towels (do not reuse towels) Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridge General Sanitation good -no signs of pests Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Abell Pest Control comes in monthly -mechanical traps for rodents and flies observed Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access Reviewed COVID-19 Protocol -**Safety Plan must be posted at worksite -provided link to WorkSafeBC Safety Plan template to be filled out -**email to me once completed for verification -face coverings worn by workers -Maximum Occupancy signs posted front/back entrances -Sanitizer dispensers available at front/back entrances -**also place notices there "Use Sanitizer before Entering" as well -Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting with bleach
