Corrections Needed:
- Ensure daily staff checks are being done as stated in the Provincial Health Order. It is recommended to provide written records and keep on file for 30 days.

Observations During Inspection:
- Hand sink stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- Quat sanitizers observed at 200 ppm at dispenser and in sanitizer buckets
- Damp cloths stored submerged in sanitizer
- Coolers at 4 C or below
- Freezers at -18 C
- Hot foods held at 60 C or above
- Hand washing observed during inspection
- Premises is excellent sanitary condition
- Food (cut vegetables) held by time (for maximum of 2 hours) time stamped. Ensure all food held at room temperature is time stamped and held no longer than 2 hours then discarded.
- Coolers equip with accurate thermometers
- No signs of pest activity
- Temperature records being recorded and maintained
- FoodSafe Level 1 staff on shift
- Permit posted and up to date
- Food covered in walk-in cooler
- RTE foods stored above raw foods in coolers
- Ice machine clean and scoops stored in sanitary manner

- Premises located in food court of Guildford Mall which has Health and Safety Measures posted on website for mall.
Mall monitors occupancy limits, provides one-way floor markers, provides floor markers indicating 2 m distance between patrons, and provides COVID-19 signage in mall.
