No spoiled food products observed. Foods no longer stored in opened metal cans. Left cooler repaired, 3 C New thermometer installed. Dry storage room shelving have been adjusted to provide 6 inch clearance from the floor. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer prepared for the storage of wiping rags in use.
