-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-eat display coolers (3) were at 3C to 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezers were at -9C and -15C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle tested at 200ppm.
-Meat saw, grinder, and cutting table sanitized every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.

Store Area:
-Front cooler unit was at 4C.
-Back cooler were at 4C.
-Back freezers ranged from -6C to -18C.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates and in good condition.
