Routine inspection conducted after renovations have been completed. - Majority of the handwashings stations are fully equipped. - All hot holding except the one mentioned above measure >=60C. - No signs of pests, pest control company comes routinely - Baby food spotted checked. All those checked, all are within expiry - No signs if pests - All cooler =<4C - All freezers =<-18C - QUAT sanitizer from dispenser measure 200ppm
