Routine inspection conducted and following are observed: -Handsink in back area and in washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and air dryer for hand drying. -Walk-in cooler and produce coolers measured at less than 4C. -Freezers are less than -18C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs available. -Food storage practices are satisfactory -No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
